BERR Seeks Case Studies

The government department of BERR (Business Enterprise Regulatory Reform) is undertaking a national study to clearly identify how businesses can benefit from implementing resource efficiency.

They are looking for case studies of SMEs highlighting good practice and energy, waste, water, CO2 and financial savings. BERR will then publish these case studies to illustrate the benefits of resource effciency.

Do you know of any companies you have worked with that would benefit from having national publicity within the case studies publication? Such case studies can also of course highlight your intervention and involvement with identifying and achieving the savings.

We are looking for examples from the following sectors:

  • Construction

  • Food, drink & tobacco

  • Textiles/wood/paper/publishing

  • Power & utilities

  • Chemical/non-metallic minerals, manufacturing

  • Machinery & equipment (other manufacturing)

  • Retail and wholesale

  • Other services
