Recycling and Waste team now recruiting

Envirolink Northwest’s exemplar business support programme for the Recycling and Waste sector has been operating successfully since July 2006, diverting more than 3 million tonnes of waste from landfill and adding £48 million of value to the North West economy. To continue this work, Envirolink Northwest requires two Market Development Managers to support the work of the Market Development team.

The Market Development team supports the Recycling and Waste sector by ensuring that there are sustainable markets for recycled materials. The team supports manufacturers of recycled-content products and then work with key business sectors in the North West region to create a market for these products.

Two committed Market Development Managers are being sought: one will work with the construction industry, and the other will work with the landscape industry. You will need to demonstrate a working knowledge of these industries and of the specification and use of recycled products relevant to these sectors.
